  • Guests are requested to carry a valid booking confirmation (digital or print) at the time of arrival.
  • Entry is subject to availability and management discretion.

Payment Policy

  • 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment modes include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Check-In / Entry Policy

  • Guests are expected to arrive at the booked time slot.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced experience time.
  • Rights of admission are reserved by the management.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure clarity and a smooth experience:

  • No amendments or cancellations are allowed once a booking is confirmed.
  • No refunds will be issued for canceled or missed visits.
